Introduction
You will recognize shiny monsters by their red outline. There is a small chance a shiny version of a monster spawn. The Shiny Monsters will have more health, give you a lot more experience and drop better loot. The most important fact is that shiny monsters drop a very rare and special stone that is called 'shard'. Shards can be converted to
knowledge extract and used to advance in a talent of your choice.
- If you have the Lucky charm, you have a 10% increased chance to spawn a shiny creature on fully unlocked monsters.
- Raids on Elderan can spawn shiny monsters
- Bosses such as Demodras, Necropharus, ... can also be shiny and are classed as 4 (mythril)
- Baits from the store can trigger a shiny creature (does not work on class 5 monsters)
