Go up the path indicated on screenshot 1. Go up the first stairs past several dragons and follow the path south-west. Go up, you will face 2 dragon lords 1 by 1. Once you reach the level 70 door, go up using 3 parcels or exani hur "up. You will face up to 3 dragon lords. The reward chest is on the west.
