To start this quest you need to have 1 blood herb. Go towards Black Knight village and go west through the bushes. You need a machete to cut your way through. Go up the ladder and follow the path to Wyda. Make sure to say "hello" Wyda as she does not react to "hi". Talk to her about blood herb.
You can also get the blood herb from the Giant spider nearby.
