To access Sky Island, follow the path from screenshot 1 to 3 on top of Mount Sternum. Make sure to bring a bag of beans (drop from Cyclops) and any source of water with you. Once you reach the top, place the bag of beans on the sand square and use water on it. A bean stack will grow until Server Save. The island has a postman mailbox. You can find cyclopses & dwarf guards at the start of the island and Ettins further into the spawn.
