Introduction
There are special monsters, that are called 'shiny monsters'. You will recognize them on their red outline & shine. There is a small chance to spawn a shiny monster, instead of a normal monster. What makes this monsters so special you might ask? The Shiny Monsters will be stronger, give you a lot more experience and drop better loot. The most important fact is that shiny monsters drop a very rare and special stone that is called 'shard'. Shards can be converted to knowledge extract and used to advance in a talent of your choice. You can turn them in to special NPCs, which will help you training your talents. There are currently 8 trainer NPCs that will help you getting stronger and more talented with different weapons or magic. Shiny monsters will spice up your hunts and make them more exciting.
