Start with talking to NPC Pakhet in Ankrahmun, south of depot about an "expedition". Go up the mountains south-west of Ankrahmun and follow the mountain upwards until you find a bridge with the Sweaty Ettin. Say "Hi amazon calla" to enter. Find your way inside the city and visit the hero NPC indicated by the last screenshot. Talk to him about a "report", go back to Pakhet and deliver the "report".
