Go towards the market on the screenshot below in AB'Dendriel. Talk to sweaty cyclops about amulet of loss (50k) or amulet of life (500k). You need both the amulet and holy ankh in your backpack to merge it. You can get a free holy ankh from the HolyAnkhQuest.
