Start with talking to NPC Pakhet in Ankrahmun, south of depot about an "expedition". Go up the mountains south-west of Ankrahmun and follow the mountain upwards until you find a bridge with the Sweaty Ettin. Say "Hi amazon calla" to enter. Find your way inside the city and visit the hero NPC indicated by the last screenshot.
