As of patch 05/25/2024 you can no longer purchase the amulet of life (500k). You can now purchase a gem of life from Eremo for 10.000 gold that you can place inside the holy ankh. Make sure to use any merged ankh and you will get a nice ICON in your client. The cost is depending on your level (see table below) and will be taken out of your pouch!
