Go towards Annihilator and follow the custom path West. Go down and go towards the middle of the room. Do not go up the tower West unless you want to face a Grim Reaper. The quest room is guarded by 2 vampires and Commander Fendrel. Make sure to kill the boss 5 times for 100 bounty points.
